📏 Will it fit me? Yes! Float No More is designed to fit most body types. The adjustable strap accommodates waist sizes from approximately 28” to 52”. If you have sizing concerns, feel free to contact us before ordering.
🧼 Is it waterproof and easy to clean? Absolutely! The belt is made with quick-drying materials. Simply rinse with fresh water and hang to air dry after each use.
🔧 Do I need tools or installation to use it? Nope — no tools, no setup. Just strap it on, slide into your tub, and let the magic happen. It's that easy.
👨👩👧👦 Is it safe for kids or elderly users? Float No More is intended for adult use. Always use caution when using the product in or around water, and never leave children unattended near a hot tub.
🌍 Where do you ship? We currently ship across the United States and select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, send us a message — we may still be able to accommodate you!
⏱ How long does shipping take? Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, and standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
🔄 What’s your return policy? We want you to love your soaking experience. That's why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to decide if Float No More is right for you. Yes, you can try the product before deciding. If you decide it's not right for you, contact us within the 30-day window to request a return. The product should be returned clean, dry, and in reasonable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
